We could have lunch in Little Italy set within 100 feet. A good stay in Kota Kinabalu. We enjoyed the rooms.

The hotel was very close to signal hill observatory and you can walk to gaya street sunday market. All in all really nice stay. It was a 3-star venue in every way...
